What's included

Two things,
thirty minutes.

Most "free trials" are fifteen minutes of small talk. This is the opposite — you walk out with real data on where you stand, and a clear idea of whether we're the right fit.

01

Studio tour

Walk the space, meet the team, see how a semi-private session runs. Ask anything — equipment, programming, schedule, recovery, food. We answer straight.

~ 15 minutes
02

InBody scan

Medical-grade body composition: lean mass, fat mass, water distribution, segmental analysis. Your baseline in numbers — take the printout home, train with us or not.

Quick questions

Before you book.

Is it really free? What's the catch?+
Yes, free. We spend 30 minutes of our team's time because most people who visit and like what they see end up training with us. The ones who don't, leave with their InBody numbers — useful either way.
Will I be pressured to sign up?+
No. If we'd recommend a plan, we'll mention it once. The decision happens later, on your time, by email or in person. We've never closed a sale during a tour, on purpose.
I haven't trained in years. Will this be awkward?+
No. About 40% of our current members hadn't trained seriously for 5+ years when they first walked in. There's no testing — just a conversation and a scan.
