Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ONLY4COACHING SRL, Rue de la Science 37, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, is responsible for your personal data. Enterprise and VAT number BE 0761.534.132. For any privacy question, email info@only4coaching.com.

This policy covers our website, our member app, our studio and the coaching tools we use to train you. It applies to members, trial clients, website visitors and anyone who contacts us.

2. What data we collect

We do not ask for diagnoses. Your coach needs to know what affects your training, not your medical file.

4. Health data

Health data gets extra protection under the GDPR. We process it only with your explicit consent, which we ask for separately at signup.

Only your coaches and the studio owner can see it. We use it only to train you safely and to handle medical suspensions. You can withdraw your consent at any time. We then stop recording new health data and delete what we hold, unless we need a medical certificate to prove a suspension.

Without health information, your coach cannot adapt your training to injuries or conditions. That is why we explain the effect before you withdraw.

5. Who we share your data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run the studio, under a written data processing agreement:

  • Glofox, our booking, membership and member app platform, and the payment providers connected to it
  • BridgeAthletic, the platform that delivers your training programs
  • Supabase and Vercel, which host our own coaching and progress tools
  • Resend, which sends the login and notification emails from our coaching tools
  • Squarespace, which hosts our website
  • Google, for website analytics and the map on our website, only if you accept cookies
  • WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us that way
  • Our accountant, our insurer and our legal advisers, when needed
  • Public authorities, when the law requires it

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers store or access data in the United States or Australia. We only use providers that protect your data with approved safeguards, such as the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework. Email us for a copy of the safeguards that apply.

7. How long we keep your data

We then delete or anonymise your data.

8. How we protect your data

We limit access to the people who need it, use providers with strong security, protect accounts with secure logins and keep health information out of general messages. If a breach puts your data at risk, we inform you and the Data Protection Authority as the law requires.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your data
  • correct inaccurate data
  • delete your data
  • restrict how we use it
  • send your data to you or another provider in a usable format
  • stop using your data where we rely on our legitimate interest
  • withdraw any consent you gave, without affecting what we did before

Email info@only4coaching.com. We reply within 1 month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

10. Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a website. We use two kinds.

Essential cookies make the website work, for example to keep forms secure. They do not need your consent.

Analytics cookies tell us which pages people visit, so we can improve the website. We set them only if you click Accept in our cookie banner. If you click Reject, the website works exactly the same.

The map on our contact page comes from Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads. We load it only after you accept cookies.

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in our website footer, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

11. Members aged 16 and 17

We admit 16 and 17 year olds only with the signature of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian can exercise the rights in Section 9 on their behalf.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our tools or the law change. We tell members about important changes by email. This version applies from 30 September 2026.
