We run rolling intakes, so you can start your 6 weeks as soon as you complete your consultation and we confirm your onboarding. We’ll build your plan and get your first week ready fast.

Where does the program take place?
The program should be completed in-person, depending on your schedule. We’ll help you choose what works best during the consultation.

What kind of training does it include?
The program includes 2+ weekly strength-focused sessions tailored to your experience and goals. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle, or both — we’ll guide your progress.

What about nutrition support?
You’ll get a personalised nutrition plan focused on performance and sustainability. It’s not a generic meal plan — it’s an adaptable framework that works with your life.

Will I get support or accountability?
Yes. You’ll have 3 InBody compostions + weekly check-ins with your coach, private message support, and live feedback to keep you consistent and motivated throughout the 6 weeks..
