When does the program start?+
Rolling intakes. You start your 6 weeks as soon as we've completed your consultation and built your plan — usually within 5 to 7 days of booking.
How much does it cost?+
Two options, paid upfront:

€475 for the 12-session program (2 sessions/week · 6 weeks)
€685 for the 18-session program (3 sessions/week · 6 weeks)

Both include the 3 InBody scans, the personalised plan, weekly check-ins, and full app access. Format is decided together during your free consultation.
I haven't lifted weights in years. Is this for me?+
Yes. About 40% of our 6-week clients hadn't trained seriously in 5+ years. The program adapts to your starting point — we use the consultation to set baseline movement quality, then build from there.
Do I have to follow a strict diet?+
No. You'll get a nutrition framework — a set of principles applied to your real life. We don't issue meal plans; we teach you the habits that produce composition change without being miserable.
What happens after the 6 weeks?+
You decide. Most members (68%) continue with ongoing coaching. Some take the framework home and train independently. There's no auto-renewal — you actively choose what's next.
Can I do it online if I travel a lot?+
The 6-week transformation is built around in-studio sessions because the body composition results depend on the supervised work. If you're mostly remote, we'd recommend a different format — we'll be honest about that during the consultation.
Is the consultation a sales pitch?+
No. The consultation is a tour, an InBody scan, and an honest conversation. If we think you're a fit, we'll explain how. If we don't, we'll tell you that too — and what we'd recommend instead.
